Some great stuff on forgiveness here. I am a big fan of treating forgiveness as something you do for yourself. Like, feelings follow action. It's all easier said than done though of course.

Oprah's quote on forgiveness is one of my faves.... "Forgiveness is letting go of the hope that the past can be changed."

You know, I can't think of a time someone actually asked for forgiveness or repented BEFORE I'd already forgiven them in my heart and mind. But AFTER I had... plenty. The law of attraction I guess.
