Hi

Things seem to be a little different here I hope everyone is sticking with the plan ...following the rules

Sandi if you are about I could really do with a little help with setting boundaries

I am having problems with my teenage son and the setting of boundaries is something I find extremely difficult

I remember their being a thread or boundaries is this still available

If someone could point me in the right direction

Many thanks

Ghost

Nice to hear from you Ghost.

Please Google Al Turtle on boundaries, I am sure you have heard me mention his articles on the topic before, even I understood it after reading his stuff.
