I have always wondered how much my work/boss led to the demise of the marriage as well. I certainly brought the work home with me. That I accept. 15km Cross Country run was done this morning. My first cross country. Throat and chest still felt horrible but I could survive. Well only one hiccup. About 1km away from the finish I had one of those spluttering coughs that took my breath away, here I am running on a road that allows cars to travel at 100km/60miles an hour and I couldn't breath. Thankfully it only lasted a few seconds and that was the only issue. Ended up finishing the 15km in 1hr 13min and 31sec in 5th place. Only 2mins 30secs behind 1st place. Now sitting at home with feet up eating ice cream. I do deserve it.

Thanks for the kind and caring postings in my thread. I have been gone for some days – needed a break and some serious GAL. I got both and now I am back with renewed strength and ready to eat the world.
You sound great IMHO! With all the stuff going on around you I am so pleased reading about your actions and thought’s – good job and well done.
