On the subject of your journey and the pain you endured to get to this point, I'll share something I told a close friend of mine very recently: It is not in times of pleasure or contentment that we truly grow in character or wisdom but in times of pain. Growth is painful.

Life is a constant adventure. Sometimes we get stuck and turn our wheels. The lucky ones find away out or around the mess and continue on to new vistas. I wish you all the best and hope that you keep in touch.

I had this thought of Gardener this weekend, and dropped in to find out how he was doing. How cool is it, that I read that post of his, and imagined him on his American 'walkabout' with just the biggest smile, and the Sun shining..
Wherever you are Gardener, you are in a lot of peoples thoughts, and have been a tremendous asset to some, including myself.
We may never meet in person, but I consider you a kindred spirit, and won't ever forget you.
