HEY..I didn't realize my thread locked!! I've been out GAL'ing and haven't been paying attention

Last week was busy, I worked a lot, met a friend for lunch on Wed, then went to church and then met some young adults that my D18 was hanging out with (and that I use to know a lot of them when I was their youth leader at church) at Wild Wing, they were celebrating a birthday for one of them and plus it was where we were going for karaoke anyway So..we stayed for a bit, got to dance a bit, but no karaoke for me, it was SOOO crowded and I had to work the next day..
So Thurs worked, then went to a new meet up gaming group Thurs night, which was fun!
Friday I went to another meet up type party where I volunteered and helped set things up and got to meet some nice people there too, but it was in Raleigh, which is about 2 1/2 hrs away from me, so I didn't get home until midnight and had to work Sat and Sunday..
SO..that is the crazy story of my week
On the "home front", I had a good conversation with ex via texting on Saturday. He encouraged my S12 to mow the lawn on Friday and, when I got home, my son was so excited to have me go look at the backyard..he's totally my hero for mowing for 2 hours! Anyway..thanked him for that, told him I didn't care if S12 met OW, because she had been cooking meals for them (??? LOL) and my ex had been picking them up and taking them home for them. At this point, it's okay and I don't want him back, so she's part of his life and my son needs to meet her and make up his own mind..and she has kids around his age..so ::shrug::
Otherwise, still waiting on paperwork, which I've also really chilled out about. Ex is paying what he needs to be paying, so I know he won't back out on that and we'll have it set in stone before next year rolls around.
My mom, who is a counselor, said that I am doing really well (Amy LOL) because she said people think that when they hate or want revenge that they are really the opposite of love, but it's not, it's still very strong and passionate feelings about the other person. She said, but apathy, and not caring, like where I'm at right now, is really the opposite. I want my ex to be happy cause I'm really happy with me right now So there ya go!
