For me he is still somewhat my responsibility even though he is the guest that didn't arrive. Being sick in a strange town miles and miles from home isn't something I would abandon him too.

If he calls I will help him out if I can and yes K my neighbor will go with me. She is a priceless gem!

Jeff I am jealous I want some heat. Last year I did 58 but for reason I'm so cold already this year been doing 60 and sometimes 62. Ouch harder on the utility bills!

Pam!!!! "IF" he is truly in a hospital "somewhere," he "is not" your responsibility. He has children, maybe even a W. You've never even met this man and most of us hope you don't. Trust me, if he's really sick the hospital will know who to contact.
