I am not sure where I saw this, it could have been on this site. I thought it was interesting and wanted to post it here for discussion. Hopefully someone will get something out of it.

This resonates with me the most. Past regrets does creeps up to me now and then. Effects me emotionally.

I hope one day I will be ok if past memories suddenly appears. It will be just that, memories.

BTW, great list subguy wherever you found it.
