Well now that I welcomed you - I have actually read your post.
Yes you are certainly allowed to post here and I think the point about the difference between divorce and death is certainly a worthy topic to discuss.
I totally agree that the big difference is that it is much more final, no reconciliation is in the cards. Although with many of us that is the same result anyways. So we certainly need to get through the grieving process and rebuild the rest of your life.
There are certainly many similarities in the process. And as our friend with the same first name as me pointed out their are no shortcuts or easy buttons. The only way through is to point ourselves in the right direction and take one step at a time.
