Definitely focus on the kids and you...its all you can do.
I can't recall but have you both talked about D? And what would it accomplish for you? Your timeline is similar to mine when I was told ILYBNILWY but my STBX filed in January as she was and still in denial about a PA.
Have you had that talk with her yet? Not sure what state you live in but does it help you in anyway (not paying medical).? I know being in "limbo" in terms of separation when you feel there is no light stinks and may not be for you
As some have said, Divorce is only a piece of paper. Not sure what is best for you but if that helps you detach then so be it. I am with you as I would not just stay in limbo in my sitch for 2 years (separation timeframe in our state).....it just doesnt work for me and maybe not for you
