Good advice from Thornton and vanilla. I think the DR book says don't rush because you may scare them or it may take a couple times before the real work towards reconciliation begins. Seems promising - keep doing what you are doing! Keep us posted. We are pulling for you.

Expectations - unfortunately I've come to realize recently that mine are so great right now....
I'm working on my patience and tempering my need for speed with the realization that it took years for my marriage to get to the state it was in at BD. All the resentment, fear, anxiety, and hurt will not go away overnight, nor should it. Life is what it is, and every day I spend in the same house as my kids is a blessing that I refuse to overlook. So I continue on my path toward greatness with a newfound resolve and bounce in my step. Every day is Awesome
