Has it really been a month since I last posted? Just wanted to say hello everyone.

W and I are very slowly making some progress. It's been an incredibly hard journey that's taken me to IC, a psychiatrist for medication, and MC. Everything has been helping in its own unique way. Not sure I'm enjoying the medication. My mood is pretty mellow all the time. I'm tired and aost feel stoned quite often. I think it's preventing my healing on my own. I find myself reading less, and almost caring less in a way.

W sent a FB message to me the other day after we argued about finances in MC. She said that figuring out finances is very important to her. I get it. I'm going to work out a budget and try and stick to it.

She also said "we make such a great team in so many other ways..." That meant a lot to me.

other than that, I'm still living with my parents, and spending as much time with D2 as I can. Need to work on GAL more, and with more positive people. Hard to meet new people when life is full of drama, counseling appointments, and work meetings that take up my evenings.

overall, I never imagined I'd be where I am if you asked me a few months ago.

May you all find joy...

Ralphy.

Glad to hear you're making progress Ralphy! Even if its slow, slightly stoned progress.

Sounds like things in your sitch are headed in the right direction. Slow and steady wins this race now.

Good to hear from you.
