Quickly talked to a lawyer. But have not done anything yet. First discussions with the W were she doesn't want anything from me, and we do not need lawyers.

Did she file divorce papers without a lawyer???? I'd take a look at them, it should say who's representing her.

How long do you have to respond? You don't want to be found in default.
