I have a ton of anxiety tonight, It's because W is out of town for two weeks. I had three beers during the game and had fun time with my D's, but now I laying in bed and can't get W off my flipping mind.
She left at 10 am this morning and she got lost driving to the freeway to go to DFW. I missed her call to get directions so it took her 2 hrs to find the freeway. It takes less than 30 minutes in traffic to get to the freeway and we have went by this freeway 20 + times in the last two yrs because her Drs and ECT (electro convulsive therapy). On top of that she has a smart phone.
She told me she went out with a single girl from her work to watch the Super Bowl and she had fun via text.
I know this break from her will help me detach, so I need to work more at GAL and getting off my mind cause anxiety is bad tonight.
If anyone has followed my situation, please help me with detaching when we still live in the same house and I take care of my SND20. W asks me for help with things and wants advice on stuff. With her mental illnesse (Ptsd, OCD, Panic Attacks/anxiety and depression) it is hard to detach and validate.
Validating is a 180 for me, but she could take it as persueing her. So hard to detach this time around and finances don't allow one of us to move out.
