I see many posts referring to people going dark... and I've tried to find information on this but I'm still not sure what exactly that means...
Can someone help me understand what going "dark" means?? What is done when one goes "dark"? And when should this be done ... under what circumstances should one go "dark"?
Going dark means to limit all but essential contact. ie, kids, finances, legal matters.
It is a tactic which allows you to provide the space they need and let them miss you. The absence of you, may begin to make them think about you and what you are doing.
Beats me. That's what doesn't make sense to when NOPKins says move back to California. If you in the same house how could you go dark? I guess take D2 and continue to go to family, movies, etc.?
