kml,

This thread is off the MLC beaten path, but I wanted to say "thank you" for the book recommendation on B-12. I have been reading the book and all I do is nod my head up and down. I can now trace my health situation back to being a toddler and it took 34 years to finally get to where I needed to be w/a diagnosis. The authors have hit the nail on the head and I have/had 75% of the symptoms prior to treatment. I am planning to recommend that my mother and sister read the book.

Again, thank you!

You're welcome Job! It's a great book and such an important topic. (For those of you reading along, the book is Could It Be B12 by Pacholok, a great reference on B12 deficiency.)

If you're a vegan, and don't have any digestive issues to suggest problems with absorption, you can just take oral B12, at least 1,000 mcg/d and probably a higher dose would be safer (often available as 5,000 mcg tablets.) Methylcobalamin is better for people who have genetic issues with not being able to methylate well. Sublingual B12 may be better for people who take acid blockers or have low stomach acid or absorption problems; shots or B12 patches may be needed for people with big issues with absorption or neurological disease related to B12 deficiency.

Thanks

I will take it more consistently

Do you have any solutions for teenage acne (cystic)

Tried about every product on market with no help
I really do not want to use antibiotics or accutane
nothing helps or if it helps it seems to dry skin or worsen after continuous use
Thanks
