I want to invite, encourage and challenge everyone in the community that reads this thread to not simply read it, but to also take a moment and share at least one thing they are grateful/thankful for today.
The goal is to share 3 things daily, as stopping each day and focusing on what one can be thankful for has great power for the mind, emotions and overall well being of a person.

So, take a moment to share. You have nothing to lose, and much to gain. smile

This is a quote that my d17 made on her Instagram post today. It really made me proud and grateful for such a special lil angel that has been in my life. I am truly blessed to have been able to raise her and continue to be a part of her life.

"Gratitude is the power I have to bring light into my life.
Using gratitude daily will build my love for life.
Just like any other muscle, wholehearted living requires a journey of working out and daily practice.
Build those muscles!"
-D17

SH-
Reading your old threads, such good info. Your WAW move out day and D papers day absolutely gutted me.

I hope you will keep reading on as things do get better in my sitch. It was the darkest point in my life, the move out day, and it is hard to believe it was 3 months ago. Sometimes it feels like it was yesterday, but most times it feels like an eternity ago.
I still have some tough times ahead, but mentally, emotionally and spiritually I am in a good place and feel confident that I will prevail and be alright.
I hope my story can show that when the LBS will put in the work, that they can bounce back and carry on to a great life still. It pains me to see some LBS here that have been 2 or 3 years in and still flailing around. Yet they simply won't follow the DB steps and they won't put in the work.
Hopefully you are one that can put in the heavy lifting and push through to better days. They can be closer than you know, if you will just take it one step at a time my friend.

One only fails, if they give up.

Great to have ya share hawker. Hope you become a regular on this thread.

Today I am grateful for my 2 most wonderful daughters.
For the employment that I have to keep bills paid and a little extra for fun stuff.
For my health. Working out never felt so good in all of my life. I am starting to feel physically fit dare I say more than in my early 20's?
