I may be the biggest offender, because it always seems like the other shoe does, indeed drop for me.

But I have been learning ot look at it this way: if the other shoe is going to drop, it's going to drop. I can avoid every good situation being afraid it's going to turn bad, and be miserable, I could not enjoy the good things waiting for the worst to happen, and be miserable, or.....

I can enjoy the good in the moment and enjoy it! I'll be smart and keep my eyes open, but if it's good, I'm not going ot worry about it getting bad.

make sense?
