Thanks wii. So funny that my son called me shortly after I got home. I thought he wanted me to babysit, which would have been fine, but he heard in my voice that I was upset ans said we needed to go out.

Went to my favorite place and I find out he doesn't feel well. He just wanted me to feel better. So my kids that weren't working rallied around me and tried to cheer me up. I am crazy about my kids which shouldn't come as a shock to any of you. So good to feel their love.

I don't think I am doing job #2, my head isn't in the right place. Thanks again for your kind words wii, I appreciate them.

This past year went a bit differently than I planned, but I am sure it followed the Universes plan. This year, there will be a wedding and changes and chaos and joy and frustration. All according to my crystal ball. LOL.

It was a lovely day. It ended with me and my four kids and the boy's girlfriends and my granddaughter all meeting at night. I missed the boys so much during the day. It just reminds me not to take any moment for granted. Good or bad.

So let's see what happens next.

So I have a question that I need some help with. S19's wedding is less than a month away. It is going to be outside at her parent's house and then they are having a bonfire. So it will be casual, but seriously, what do I wear??? Help!!!

A maxi dress. You can't go wrong with a maxi dress.

How exciting!

Can you talk to the Bride's mother and see what she is wearing that way you both are on the same page as far as style and casualness (if that is a word!). :-)

It is kind of strange that I have only talked to them, maybe twice. I don't know them. I did send a message offering to help with the wedding, so I reached out which is hard for me.

Baby steps.

The job I thought sounded perfect, they don't think I am even worth an interview. At least the actually let me know rather than say nothing. After this colonoscopy stuff, back to the drawing board.

Hope "everything" came out all right!

There will be other awesome opportunities, dearest. And you'll rock their world when you get the chance.

Hugs, Granny!

This has got to be the craziest week that I have had in a while. D16 has a football game to be at for band on Thursday, S22 turns 23 on Friday, niece has a baby shower on Friday, but it is out of state (sent present), rehearsal and rehearsal dinner Saturday, wedding Sunday and S19 turns 20 on Monday. I am exhausted just thinking about it. I let my second job know how crazy this week was and that I might not get my hours in and you know what? They are awesome!! Why can't all employers be so understanding?
