H served me with D papers and have asked me to look through them and agree for him to sign them on my behalf!
I don't know what to do as one of the things he said I was always controlling! if I sign it's 180, if I don't I am controlling :-( also, I don't want this to be fast.
I have purchased telephone counselling but could do with help right now.
H also stated in the same email, he is no longer going to London with the OW, but on his own.......!!!???

Shall I let him know I have done this. How can I approach the email in a detach and loving way?

I have my first DB coach session which can not come at a better time as I have an overwhelming urge to reach out for H today.
This is the day he told me he was taking OW to London, stay overnight, twin rooms, nothing going on. A week later he serves me papers and tells me he is going by himself.
Find it so hard not to obsess.

FT with son today with H coming into the background and talking, asking how I was etc. tried to be upbeat and carried on talking to S.
At end of FT he was blowing me kisses and saying goodbye. S doesn't know so it hurts to see he can just act as nothing is happening.
Very proud of myself though as I did not ask about him going to London yesterday at all. Strangely, he said he was up at 7 this morning to go to the gym. What happened to the overnight stay?
My DB coach and I are looking at LRT as H served me divorce papers last week.
H has a very important event that he has been organising for a year, do I wish him luck on that? is that pursuing?

Woke up this morning, with a bad head. The sleeping pills I took on Saturday is playing havoc with my body, have aching muscles all over.
Still have an overwhelming urge to contact H. From the FT yesterday with Son, he seemed really pleased but nervous to see me. It was nearly two weeks since we last spoke.
I don't know whether this will push him further away?
Will go out today and have lunch at my favourite restaurant.

Liked a post h made about organising all his films. Within 5 mins, track my iphone came on? What is that about? I know he has been tracking me since he asked me for a D and served me papers.
Part of me find some comfort in this. Am I being naive and stupid?

I have just returned my acknowledgement of Service to the courts and feel myself breaking again and am in tears right now.
I have made plans to have a wild night tonight.
I need to go and get myself a life and have some fun!

Not been feeling too well since reacting badly to the sleeping tablet I took. Have spent the last two days obsessing. I know this is reallly unhealthy and needs to stop!
Speaking to DB coach on LRT. This will help me to really detach and be ok with or without him. I need to stop the obsessing
Things I will do; Talk to IC about my inability to truly let go Giving myself only I hour day to ruminate. At the moment my mind is constantly on my situation getting out and having fun Learn a new language Have been offered a new job in China so focussing on organising for that
