was interesting at yoga last night because i was still aching from doing ciruits the night before but i persevered and got through it all if a bit gingerly at times. all this GALing is getting harder to fit it all in .

I try swimming but always get tingling in my hands lol . I find I just swim with my arms breast stroke which maybe my problem .

well may need to work back up to my 73 / 80 of the other week been a few weeks now.
Tend to do front crawl but in the public pool I tend to swim without kicking, do have nerve damage in my leg (bike accident years ago) which makes this more comfortable but its connected to my frame at 6'4 tall with a ~2 foot shoulder span and 3 1/2 foot from my feet flat on the floor to my hips too much effort and I'll start drowning people!

Not really much going on appart from W saying to D that she should change to my doctors as the doctors my kids use is her doctors . The more insane things she says the more I think she is MLC and should I wait and hope she comes out of it and realises what she has done.

Not just you mate, not just you. Check out my thread as I wont hijack yours but every time I think we're on an even keel and heading in a direction (not reconciliation - just a straightforward direction) my W decides to go at right angles.
