Changing one's perspective does wonders for everything all around. Avoiding negative (especially the negative in my own head) seems to have a tremendously positive effect. A quick dance around the living room (when TS's back gets better) - is a good one as well .

KA thread KAK! I was in a pissy mood this evening too...dang it. And, TS thougt it was cool I'm gonna buy one of those exercise balls this weekend . Thanks for the suggestion!
