I guess I need some advice?

I was reading in a book that I should go dark for about a month. after a month you are supposed to make contact. giving the ex time to think and miss your company.

Any thoughts or experince?

i have decided that i am going to call her next wednesday and ask her to meet me for coffee.

before she ends the meeting i will break contact.

then go shopping and go dark again for who knows how long.
