Today I did a favor for H when he called and asked me to leave work and handle some emergencies so he would be able to meet his appointments. I did. It isn't often anymore that H asks me for real honest help.

I finished a long project for a client who has been frustrated with the amount of time it has taken. He was very happy.

I know I'm late so this is mine for yesterday, and I'm not quite sure it was a good thing or not.

New upper school teacher came to the office....she was ready to quit. I talked her out of it, told her quitting and walking away wasn't the right thing to do. To work it out ~ do some problem solving.

But I also told her quitting during a non pay week was just plain stupid, it's better to quit on a payday

Ok, positive things since I started DBing.

1. I took care of my hands(health). I had surgery on them Tuesday so I could better use my fingers in the future.

2. I ordered a hearing aid, so I could hear better after 20 years.

3. Reconnected with old friends.

4. Moved back home.

Was nicer and more upbeat to my office manager today. FIB
