S17 started at McD's and they hired a bunch of people but would only work them less than 10 hours per week. This new job he has was something that just fell into his lap. He really likes it and they really like him. Working long hard hours. I am trying to get him a job where I work $4 more an hour plus benefits and a consistent schedule. It's also exhausting to try to be the one who can raise the self-esteem.
