Nope no physical abuse. But H is very very good with words.... he twists and twists till his is the side you choose to see it from. After all, 'it would be silly to see it any other way'...' (note the sarcasm...)

Also, making love became a bit more 'intense' ....

My H would bite me during lovemaking and he eventually stopped that. He did shove me once but I had thrown my 4" heels at him and hit him in the chest so we were both engaged there...not that it was right for either of us but I was so angry at the time.

no abuse towards me...but ANGER oh my. Like never before. COMPLETE opposite of who he was.

I am doing o.k. It is month number 20. It gets easier and easier. The behaviors just get so ridiculous that you eventually go, "I don't want a part of that"....

Yes, if you can detatch from it all emotionally and become an observer it is actually quite entertaining.

No physical abuse, but verbal abuse and manipulation. He had never called me names before the MLC. Lots of projection, trying to "gaslight" me and make me feel and appear emotionally unstable--by pushing and pushing and pushing those buttons that he knows are the most painful ones. Also by denying events and behaviors as if I had imagined them. His profession makes him able to be either very understanding or--using the same information--very cruel.
