What occurred to me also is that when you turn to family/friends (especially family) for support, you&#039;re expecting them to take your side and you&#039;re forgetting that they too have a relationship with your spouse. Complaining to them puts them in the middle, to some extent, in a situation they have no control over and that doesn&#039;t directly involve them.</description>
